Supervision
Clinical supervision provides a safe space in which therapists’ can explore any ethical concerns, as well as their ongoing work with clients’. I offer supervision on a one to one basis remotely. Having good supervision in place is integral in our role as therapists’. Supervision provides the space to self-reflect, and as therapists’ we are always learning.
I tailor the supervision sessions to take in to consideration the needs of each supervisee.
Supervision sessions are always collaborative, and the supervisor/supervisee relationship is paramount. In a sense, supervision can be views as the “third eye”, and can enable therapists’ to see possible blind spots.
