I am a BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Accredited Counsellor, and also a BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy) Accredited CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist.
I have acquired over 18 years of experience as a Psychotherapist, and have previously worked as the Director of Counselling and Family Services in a third sector organisation. I have worked within the NHS for 10 years, and also work with leading digital therapy companies, providing video, typed and telephone therapy to clients’.
I have been a keynote speaker at a BACP conference, and also presented at an international Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) conference.
I have designed and delivered mental health-related workshops to clients’ and organisations, and believe that raising awareness about mental health is crucial.
I am passionate about being a compassionate therapist and human being, and providing my clients’ with an exceptional service. The therapeutic relationship lies at the heart and soul of my work.
I also provide clinical supervision to Counsellors as well as CBT Therapists’, and have supported therapists to gain accredited status by their governing bodies such as BACP and BABCP.
